I will set short term goals and long term goals in my next 5 years career / for the next 5 years of my career

First of all, the short term goal is to seriously achieve every small task /   and learn more knowledge and apply it in my daily work / leverage the knowledge I learn to apply it in my daily work to finish every project successfully.

Not only can it help to achieve the target goal for company’s performance,it also can let me become an expert in certain area to service projects better .

For the long term goal ,I hope I have more sense of responsibility and more opportunities to contribute as a team leader or manager rather than an executive. / I would like to take on more responsibilities and to be promoted.

I will lead the team to create and innovate to increase the value of the company’s’ business.

Talk about one achievement you are proud of, give an example.

I completed target over 120% in last finance year. First of all, I was expand new potential client in my segmentation from 10 to 15% and establish partner who can collaborate with us and generate ecosystem. Secondly, I even completed a big deal of 2 million and exceed any other revenue because I research my key account carefully to know their demands and know their organization. Eventually, I get trust from their executive management and get the contract.

I expanded our clientele/client base in my segmentation and increased it from 10 to 15% and established long-term partnerships with those who can collaborate with us. I even closed an important deal of 2 million dollars that was well above all other revenues because I did my research on my key account to learn about their needs and preferences as an organization. Eventually, I gained their trust from their management and signed the contract.
