Our big boss left our company. – (Be more specific) The CEO left our company.

I heard that he was cut off. He was refired. – He was fired.

Maybe someone didn’t satisfy him. – Maybe he didn’t satisfy someone.

teenager – a young person ages 13-19 (thirteen, fourteen, fifteen….)

Ex: The teenagers were very active.

gossip/rumor – when you hear a story and you don’t know if it is real or true, usually bad, not productive

Ex: I heard a rumor. / The two teenagers gossiped about their friends.

Tomorrow is the day of our company annual dinner, so I will not come to study English. I have to complain that the annual dinner will be start at 8 pm., and end close to 11pm., the time of starting and ending is too late, do you think you are the spring festival gala?! However, it is also have some expectations. The rich prizes will be awarded, including shopping cards, wallets, ladies bags, watch and jewelry. I hear that the biggest prize is necklace which value 40K. I hope that I will be the luckily person.
