1. What are your strengths and limitations?

economics vs. economicals

My first job is an administration assistant in Toshiba Shanghai branch. I worked there for 2 years, then I left because I found a good, new job / chance to work as an HR assistant… (Japanese company)

I think I have more than 10 years admin and HR experience in Japanese companies. I am very familiar with Japanese company rules and culture. I have some HR certifcates which is some company needs.

I think I have good communication and team building. Every year, HR organizes some activities for staffs. When I was an HR assistant, I listened to my manager and helped her make the activity happy and interesting and wonderful. I always follow her rules. When I promoted to HR manager, I can easily organize my staff to make some activities perfect. I think I am a good leader. When they meet some problems, I was very willing to help them and teach them use a good way to finish the job.

My shortcoming, I think that sometimes I cannot control my emotion. I think a good HR manager must be stand on the side of the box.

I can create new ideas for team building activities. ***give an example***
