He is sensitive to light and sounds when he sleeps. – He is a light sleeper. Eve is a deep/sound sleeper / sleeps like a rock/log.

The first thing, he talked to me today was about the negative words in public. I never thought that was a thing, but he thought it would bring negative influence to others, especially to the new comers. Why he talked to me the thing first? Because it’s the most important thing he wanted to mention. It remind me that never talk to your colleagues about sensitive words, because each word you said to them will be spread to the ears of your boss.

Now I realized that some people behave friendly in front of you, but betray you after you. The first time, I feel the office political because there’re many people from different companies, and bring different office culture.

The first thing that my boss said to me this morning was about negative words in public. I never thought that was a big thing, but he thought it would be a negative influence on others, especially on the new comers. Why was it the first thing he said to me? Because it’s the most important thing he wanted to mention. It reminded me to never talk to your colleagues about sensitive issues, because each word you said to them will eventually reach your boss’s ears / will eventually make their way to your boss’s ears.

Now I realize that some people behave friendly in front of you, but later stab you in the back / talk behind your back. This was the first time I felt how office politics works, especially in an environment where there are many people from different companies, who come from different office cultures.
