One night in the last week, I left Smart English to take subway to go back home as usual. I took line 2 first from Jing An Temple to the next stop called Jiangsu Road. I just stood behind the door of the subway, which made me convenient to get off the subway. Suddenly, a man fell down just behind my heel with a sound of bang, his head hitting the floor. He laid on the floor with closed eyes. One guy yelled at me, call the ambulance ! I wondered how I could pull this strong man out of the subway to wait for the ambulance. Standing still , I hesitated to help him because the subway was approaching my stop and I didn’t want to miss it. At this time ,the radio broadcast: we now at Jiangsu Road. The man stood up by himself and got off . I tagged along with him and asked him, are you ok? Do you want me to ask workers for a favor? He said nothing and propped himself with one hand on the wall. Fortunately, a couple came to us and told me they could took care of him. At last , workers told us the man got a heatstroke and we should spread out immediately to make him feel cool.

I just stood behind the door of the subway, which made it convenient for me to get off the subway. Suddenly, a man fell down just behind my heels with a loud bang, his head hit the floor. He laid on the floor with closed eyes. One guy yelled at me, “call the ambulance!” I wondered how I could pull this tall / long / giant man out of the subway to wait for the ambulance. Standing still , I hesitated to help him because the subway was approaching my stop and I didn’t want to miss it. At this time, the announcer / announcement broadcast: we are now at Jiangsu Road. The man stood up by himself and got off. I tagged along with him and asked him, “Are you ok? Do you want me to ask workers for help?” He said nothing and propped himself up with one hand on the wall. Fortunately, a couple came to us and told me they could take care of him. At last, workers told us the man got a heatstroke and we should spread out immediately to give him some space/breathing room / to make him feel cool.
