If we want to live more longer, we have to do more exercise, like walking, running, swimming, and so on. Playing tennis and basketball are also good for our health. If you are always lying on the bed, it is too terrible!
Besides exercise, we should pay more attention to our daily meals. Stay away from junk food as soon as possible, we should always remember it is unhealthy to your health!
Travel is a good way to help you become happier and healthy. The blue sky, fresh air, and bright lakes usually can help you feel calm and comfortable. And sports also can help you inhance your physical strength.
