My company is at a starting stage. Three months ago, our company just had 2 departments: account service team and creative team. At that time, I was company was builting strategy team. After 3 months our company still have two departments: account service team and creative team and strategy team

At the same time, we are building creative team.

During this 3 months, lots of people come and some people go. So the conclusion is my company haven’t don’t have stable structure and colleagues.

Yesterday I learned online class about some management skills from a teacher. He said there are three kinds of management ways.

First one is to find the advantage of your colleagues or your subordinates.
The second one is to change your subordinates to be your follower.
The third one to build enthusiasm and the goal with them together.

Even though my company is a little bit trouble in this stage, but I thought my boss is very hardwork and was pay his all attention to help our company grows.

I am his follower.
