certificate (piece of paper) / certification (idea) – something you get that to show that you can do something (skill)
eg. I got my diving certification

fall out 
eg. I was worried that the mouth piece would fall out of my mouth

throw up – to be sick and something comes out

hesitant – want to do it but a bit scared so don’t do it immediately
