Currently which product is the most expensive in society? The answer must be the house. Now in Shanghai, the house is almost no less than 30k/sqm in this year. Although, it is March, but the house had experienced a crazed growth in the first two months. For instance, I bought my house in March of last year, which located in the 3rd ring, the price was 27k/sqm at that time, but now, the price has increased to 39k/sqm. I have to say it grows too quickly. Fortunately, I had bought one, if not, I don’t have the ability to buy it. The government is considering some measures to control the rapid growth. I hope the measures will work and more people can afford it.
