ex: You must have good manners around your grandparents.

ex:  In japan it is good manners to slurp your noodles.

The environment around us makes up our different disposition and customs. There are a lot of impolite actions in public from different people, like speaking loudly, throwing away rubbish, expectorate and so on. However, there are also a lot of people that do good actions like giving their seats for elderly people, kids, pregnant, and the disabled. 

disposition: behaviour, how you react to certain situations.

The housing industry is growing. (happening right now)
