Access (n): 1- the means or opportunity to approach or enter a place. 2- a way of being able to use or get something.
E.g.: The internet has improved the access to information all over the world.

Energetic (adj): 1- having or showing a lot of energy
E.g.:

Take a toll (id): 1- To affect, especially negatively; to damage or degrade; to cause destruction.
E.g.: Heavy smoking and drinking will take its toll on a person’s health.

Systemic (adj): 1- of or relating to an entire system.

Nowadays more and more Chinese young people have the same cognition which is to leave in big cities, so that they are able to enjoy the advantages that urban life could bring to. On the other hand, they are facing more disadvantages that could cause their quality of life become worse. First of all, if they live in suburb, the rents maybe lower,but it could take way too much time to commute. Because there are more opportunities in city, they tend to find a job that could motivate them. But it also means if they want to keep healthy,they merely have the time to run on a treadmill.
