Rhetorical questions = questions we do not expect an answer to. Their purpose is not to obtain information, but rather to express states such as frustration, joy, anger etc.

to frustrate = to interfere with the completion of a goal

frustrating

E.g.

Slow internet can be very frustrating.
Working from home can be frustrating sometimes.

to interfere with = to interrupt, to change, to disturb, to alter, to modify, to intervene
interference =

E.g. I want to go camping this weekend. I hope the weather doesn’t interfere with my plans.
