My boss is a workaholic. He loves to have meetings. I have to arrange many meetings everyday. I think it’s because he likes to talk. H always delay the meeting because he talked too much to keep the subject. Ifsomeday there is no meeting, he may feel uncomfortable then go around the office to find some problems or someone to talk. It is really funny. He also likes biz trips and never feel tired. He always missed flights or trains. No sense of time is one of his faults/weakness. I think he should pay more attention on the important things to save time. But everything has two sides. He is responsible and careful. He cares about everything of our company. For example, on the annual dinner of last year, there are some small English words on the Chinese background board, he found out the wrong words. My coworker and I even did not see the english words at all. Careless is my fault. He always point out your mistakes

My boss is a workaholic. He loves to have meetings. I have to arrange many meetings everyday. I think it’s because he likes to talk. He always delays meetings because he talks too much about off topic things. If there are no meetings, he may feel anxious and go around the office finding problems or talking to people. It is really funny. He also likes business trips and never feels tired. He always misses flights or trains. Having no sense of time is one of his faults. I think he should set his priorities. But everything has two sides. He is responsible and careful. For example, at the annual dinner last year, there were some small English words on the board behind the stage, he found the mistakes. My coworker and I did not even see the english words at all. It was my fault for being careless. He always points out your mistakes, even the small ones, but also gives you a chance to correct them. I learned many things from him. He also has many other merits but I need more time to think of them.
