I want to give someone more freedom to improve but she show me something what she focus on

In this case I feel really unhappy. I wanna give her more opportunity and I don’t think about I want to occupied her benefits so it really shows me something. 

I really think she is a smart girl, she can understand and finish that quickly

I tried to let her understand how to do in this position and shared most of our resources like suppliers to her so she didn’t need to try to develop new channels and when she met some problems she also contact me to find some help to let the case keep continue.

I have two voices inside of me, one is keep a good relationship with her and focus on finishing the order in the future.
The other one is use some punishment ways to let her understand, finish the relationship.

I have two voices inside of me / I have 2 different inner voices , one is to keep a good relationship with her and focus on finishing the order in the future.
The other one is find some ways to put her in a tough position to show her she should not have done that or get revenge to let her understand, and end the relationship.
