I have an exam for the MBA program last Saturday. but for my performance I think in group discussion I can’t express my ideas very well and tomorrow I have another chance to talk with the teachers and they will interview me again.
I have prepared questions they will ask for me

When the teacher talks the questions and I can’t respond because I want to think about the idea in Chinese and convert in english

what do you think about global companies in local markets… how can it stabilization?

if a global company is located in SH how do you manage between between the different countries.

I can follow the people’s ideas and give new ideas.

Tomorrow is face to face. They ask me some questions, I don’t know about what.

I am not very familiar with the global economy and more with the Chinese economy.
During the epidemic it affected the global economy but China’s economy has recovered.
We have inner cycles. a lot of companies will shut down and disappear and at the same time another industry has appeared in our life.

I suggest that they don’t lower their price and can have another solution.
For my example I sell the software systems. During the epidemic the impact on companies that have less money to pay for our products but they need our products to solve their problems. In this times I will give them additional benefits and I don’t to reduce my price because my product is deserve this price.
Because we have more value for the company.
That is my strategy, I can give them additional benefits and services.

During the pandemic more and more companies use the online equipments to have a meeting and communicate with co workers.
I think if the pandemic was gone this format doesn’t disappear because it has a lot of benefits for us.
We have an online team and we can more convenience build up a meeting quickly online.
if we are in a global company and need to have a meeting with people from different countries. We can get information immediately.
We just use it like in this format in our daily work.
If the pandemic was gone those companies would disappear. They have a potential business as well.

I think for controversial issue is which country is n1. I don’t want to predict after 50 years which country will win.
For my opinion I think global economy is not a single country can control it. Every country needs to cooperate with other countries and increase their economy.

Let me talk about the sector I am more familiar with : the software industry with B2B clients.
In this industry most softwares are now sold as Software As A Service (SAAS) and customers pay monthly / quarterly or annually so the most important for us is to maintain the relationship and prevent customers from switching to another provider.
I believe the pandemic is temporary and while it is true some companies will have to reduce their budget we cannot decrease the price of our products because the value we provide remains the same.
We can though include additional products or more services for the same price to help those companies and maintain our business relationship.
