The last 2 weeks my works is really busy crazy, I had to work overtime until about 8pm almost every day, because I not only had to finish my own work but also had to assign work to a new colleague and check if he finished on time. I believe the next month will be very busy for me.
But I also believe that this state will not last long, because the new people will grow very quickly.
The next six months are very important to me, as I am working on a promotion for myself, and I have many, many new projects on my hands that are coming together.
During the three months I worked from home I thought a lot about my future plans and told my boss, she was very supportive in terms of funding and staffing, which I was very happy about and gave me more motivation to complete my plans.
