Do a speaking to review grammar and then start on upgrading vocabulary

Me and my colleagues went to play the script to kill which took 4 hours yesterday, and I felt bored because the script which is a little long and complicated, but playing game has been an easy way to observe each player’s personality which is I usually do. To play the script of kill needs 5-9 people that depends on the script you choose, and the one we played needed 7 people. When we needed to discuss and analyze the causes of murder, somebody were silent which was waiting for others, and somebody came up with logical ideas which helped other people thinking, but somebody were aggressive which made people felt tense. The aggressive people are confident and they need a stage to show themselves, but they are easily to be blindly confident with me finding that usually they don’t accept other people opinion, and they want to persuade other people with tough attitude which is very bad. I found out one of my subordinates is that kind of person, and I really need to pay attention to her communication at work.
