China government started to develop the state-owned information and technology companies three years ago. They invest a large sum of money in their development of technology. Besides, the government has a policy that encourages local companies to use their own technology in order to support their business. As a result, it has affected a lot of global companies’s business in china. I remember that my former American company’s revenue was reduced sharply since the policy was implemented. And then they adjusted their strategy and started collaborating with local company and products. Their revenue recovered eventually. So it is important to be familiar with local policy and changes.

It is a good trade to invest in advertisement or connect with relevant industries —> It will be fruitful to invest in advertising or to connect with relevant/similar luxury brands.

Every brand has their own signature product so they should focus on their signature product instead of unrelated products because they are unfamiliar with consumer behavior.

Ferrari cars are pretty expensive, they are specifically made for a very small group of consumers. It is unnecessary for them to invest that much capital into the fashion sector.  Not everyone can afford it. It is a segment market but in the fashion industry, anyone who is looking buy luxury goods has the right to choose between many different brands at different price points.
