We have been working at home for last 2 weeks. It was pretty hard for me to control colleagues’s working results while they worked at home. One of my subordinates lost contact for 3 days. After I tried to contact with her, I found out that she have been in depression for long time. She said since we have been woking at home, because of less communicate with others and more stay alone, therefore the depression became more seriously and she couldn’t work anymore. It made me feel down too, and I couldn’t really help her.
The epidemic situation has been bringing lots of secondary damages, not only physical, but also psychological. Shanghai news released that some people jumped from buildings while the lock down period. Nowadays, people really need care more about mental health rather than other things.

this colleague she in charge of the job about korean, and she can speak korean, but it’s not only one colleague gonna do the job so i still have 2 colleagues gonna do the job so it’s ok by now. I can let them help to do the work but right now I need she to organise, but there’s many works and I don’t know the situation she approach so I need her to make a list like a checklist so I could know all the things and then I could consider or organise other people to hand over the job.
