challenge:
The challenge for my previous work is from my internal stake holder. There are many requirements and we have not enough time to do the project. We want to know the purpose of the business requirements but our i. s. h. don’t say it very clearly. So for our procurement team we need to verify the real needs of the business requirement and verify if the needs are necessary or not. So we can influence our business user to contribute to our procurement team.

A challenge I’ve met previously is to balance the business needs and the kpi of our team/spending. There are many requirements and we didn’t have enough time and budget to do the project as proposed by the internal stakeholders. We had to identify/clarify the purpose of the business requirements. So for our procurement team we need to verify the real needs of the business requirement and verify if the needs are necessary or not. For example … So we can influence our business user to contribute to our procurement team.
