Group Class Notes 13th April (Jesse)

A course of lecture
After a few days I will have a lecture that’s about Montessori Ed in Beijing. The mostly of audiences are the leaders of preschools and kindergartens and there will be some teachers of schools. So, these days I am preparing speech PowerPoint about this lecture. For this PowerPoint I add some caricatures to it because I hope the audiences can have a happy and relaxed mood to listen my lecture. I am so happy that I have some changes to bring Montessori Ed to more and more people and I hope more and more Chinese kids can accept this type of Ed. I will spend more time to research Montessori Ed and I will get the most professional Ed of Montessori as best as I can.

For this PowerPoint I will add some caricatures to it because I hope the audience can have a happy and relaxed mood while listening to my lecture. I am so happy that I have the chance to bring Montessori Edu to more and more people and I hope even more Chinese kids can accept this type of Edu. I will spend more time to research Montessori Edu and I will try the best I can to get the most professional Edu of Montessori.

A big event happened today about the annual bonus in 2015. Yesterday ,the former leaders talked to us about the bonus and decided the amount of the bonus. A colleague of our team feel that the prize is less than he expected ,because the former leader moved the over—quota bonus set by company to another team. He felt so angry so he talked to our present leaders. The incumbent leader promised him to confirm this matter with the former leader.

I admire him for his courage ,but I think it’s not right acting like that way for the following reasons:

Firstly ,the former leader was his teacher and he trusts him very much. If we don’t know the fact well,we can’t betray the trust.

Secondly ,when it comes to the year awards,I believe each leader will have their own distribution ,even if we feel unfair about the allocation,we should put forward our ideas directly to the leader ,rather than to the current leader,because the former leader will be very awkward when be asked about this issue by the incumbent leader.

So ,to sum up,he is right to fight for his right,but the way would be wrong.
