superfood – a highly nutritious food, compared to other foods it has more vitamins and nutrients

eg: I think carrots are a superfood. They have a lot of vitamins.

handle – be able to deal with it

eg: I can’t handle this hot weather.

eg: He couldn’t handle the stress at his job. So he quit.

peer pressure – peers are people around you, in your social circle

eg: Don’t give in (yield) to peer pressure.

Grammar

I can’t bear don’t eat anything of dinner.  – I can’t (bear/handle) not eating anything at dinner.

I plan to lose weight for 5 kgs – I plan to lose 5 kgs

maple – a tree, common in Canada, the leaf is on the Canadian flag.

eg: There are not many maple trees in China. In fact maybe there are none.

bacteria  -small living things that can help or hurt your body.

eg: Our stomachs have many different kinds of bacteria in them.
