I am not quite sure what the declaration mode for Flex Suzhou is, so I listed two possibilities. If there is anything I have to correct or add, pls kindly advise. Thanks!

Integrated cargo-clearance（一体化通关 ）: Export declaration in Suzhou

a) 先报后送： LTL service is not available, dedicated truck is required from Suzhou to CGO
Supplier make export declaration in Suzhou, then send it to PVG warehouse.
Pls pay attention: this kind of declaration mode, the shipment transit to CGO is not available.
