when I came back I am busy about hiring people.
It is very hard but I hired a girl born in 1999 and she would finished her university
It is her first job except for internships.

I find too many young people work very hard
I think I am too old to earn money and they are so young to work themselves.
I work with some guys similar to me and it is the first time I work with so young guys.
Maybe some are born after 2000

I have to do some employee training and how to work with me because it is the first job for her so she don;t know how to do and what needs her to do.
And it is the first time for me to be a boss. I am a little nervous during the interview but now I am so worried about to separate / divide jobs /work.

I interviewed many people who worked for several years and they like to move from one job to another very quickly
When they felt unsatisfied they will choose another new job and they don;t think it is their problem and they think it is the company’s problem or the salary is not enough.
So I want to hire new people I think they would feel more energy and want to learn more for herself.
I think if a people work

I want people are very honest and who don’t use the company as a platform / I hope they can stay for many years.
