I am not smart. I am pretty stupid, compared to you.

A bus is slow, but compared to a bike, it is fast.

Having a daughter is better than having a son = Compared to a son, having a daughter is better.

too adj to verb

I’m too tired to exercise today.

I’m too poor to buy a house.

I have too many problems to sleep. = I cannot sleep, because I have too many problems.
