Labour Day:  a holiday for working people.

Ex:  We will have a holiday for 3 days for Labour Day.

He don’t usually have a lot of holidays – He doesn’t usually have a lot of holidays

He haven’t prepared yet – he hasn’t prepared yet/ he’s not prepared yet

A free location – a relaxing environment/ situation

I asked her opinion if I bring him back home or not –  I asked her opinion about bringing him home.  I asked her if I should bring him home.

Where did you meet/ How did you meet? = How were you introduced to each other?

I know him from the internet – we met online

Her husband was met online too – they met online as well!

We have the same topics – we have the same interests

Soul Mate:  the person you are destined to be with.

Ex:  He could be my soul mate/ He could be the one.

High School Sweethearts:  A couple that was in love during high school.

Ex:  My high school sweetheart just moved back to Shanghai.

I think he should be smart and like reading so that he can know a lot of things and can share his feelings with me.  It would be better if he’s handsome, but it’s not necessary.  I would like him to be hard working, not lazy so that he can bring me to a active life because I’m a lazy person so I need another one to help me.  We can cook together sometimes and share the process of cooking and eating.  And on the weekends we can go to a place that we both like and do the same things.  When we need to be busy with our each work, our relationship won’t interrupt that.
