Pretend:  not real

Ex:  The children like to pretend that they are animals.

Ex:  The children like to pretend they are police officers.

Ex:  We made up a pretend story about Sherry and her friends.

Storytelling:

Straight from, nearby, immune, investor, application, approve, every other day

I straight from home to Smart English where nearby Jing An park.  I have gotten a cold, and I think Harmony has a good immune system.  After this class she don’t got cold from me.  Jane and Amy have a shoe store, the store of set up are both store investors.  In this store they work in there every other day, but now Jane have other good job opportunity.  So they want to find a other partner.  A good girl sent a application to Jane then and they both approve of her.

Ex:  A cowboy usually wears jeans and a hat.  He takes a gun to help people.

Cowboy hat:  the type of hat a cowboy would wear, large with a curled brim.

Ex:  At this moment I feel very good.

Ex:  In this moment, I am happy.

Ex:  at this time we will go to lunch.

Ex:  At that time, we had gone for lunch.

Ex:  During this time we will eat our lunch.

Harmony has a brown hair – harmony has brown hair

Harmony is a brown hair – Harmony is a brown haired girl

Sherry has black hair.  Sherry is a black haired girl.
