when i went to the office the first thing i have to turn on my computer and read all of my emails in the morning and i have to reply some urgent email in advance. when i replied these email i have to check with my coworker about cargo status, then i will send it to overseas. this is the normal things i have to do every day and the 2nd things i have to check the billing statement from overseas just like an additional charge which was cost at destination. if the amount is correct, i will put it into system, if the amount is wrong i have to send the email to overseas to reject the billing statement.
