1,tell me about yourself?

My major was art painting and graduated with a bachelor ‘s degree. I have over 5 years of professional digital advertising experience in 4A. I worked for lots global brand for instance the cocola group , the uniliver group , weyth and phs and so on. I handled some different kinds of campaigns, there are IMC campaign the EC campaign , the social planning and operation campaign for phs and broun. I knew the whole process of campaign from pitch , ideal thinking , execution and postbuy experience .

During this 5 years , there are 3 key parts ability which leads me stand out.The priority is independent thinking , it will help me think about one thing with different respective. The second one is management skill , it help me handle everything under control. The last one is high standard, it make me more prefect.

Meanwhile, I think that communication and coordination skill is more important as well. I learned above of all abilities and used them in work, I got lots of great feedbacks from clients, because of good reputation, I got some new businesses.

Additionally, I am a passionate and friendly person, I alway share this kind of positive attitude in work. I am interested in the nike ‘s advertising all the time, I am honor for this opportunity for my interview.

I have good reputation and trust with clients. it’s impressed me that when I responded for “natual “, it is a sensitive body washing and lotion brand under UL group.

First of all, my last college worked for it , but there was a trouble issue – the designed page was not the good enough for client, so that the client complained it. Our GM handovered it to me, I reviewed the objective and background , brand tone of that campaign, knew about the propose was for awareness because it was a global and new baby brand just entered in China marketing from Europe. I found some similar reference and discussed with creative colleagues. Eventually, the clients wrote a email to praise me. And my last campaign became a long term agency .
