F2F Class Notes 25th November (Jesse)

Lin Dan who was called Supper Dan by his fans, used to be the most famous male badminton player in China. His excellent performances in games, his good looking and his romantic love story made him one of my favorite sports star until I read the news that he was busted by a paparazzi to have an affair with a young model, and the photos were taken one month before his wife gave birth.

You may think it is his personal life to be either a loyal husband or a cheater. But in my opinion, it is a responsibility of a public people to set an example and be a role model that a man who cheated on his pregnant wife is far away to be one. As a president, Bill Clinton event got impeached when he was found to have an extramarital affair.

It was unbelievable that Lin Dan’s wife made an announcement to support her husband who was “courageous enough to confess his fault”. I would never forgive him if I were in the same situation because I am a once- a -cheater –always- a -cheater kind of person.
