Vocabulary

First-tier city – really big cities (economically, politically, …)

e.g. Beijing and Shanghai are first-tier cities in China. Tracy was a doctor in a third-tier city.

vowel – a, e, i, o, u

e.g. A is a vowel.

elliptical 

fireworks – 烟火

e.g. During Chinese New Years, people usually put off a lot of fireworks.

Dentist – teeth doctor

e.g. It’s good to go to the dentist one time a year for a check-up

Opthalmologist – eye doctor

e.g. The opthalmologist can tell you if you need glasses or not.

to queue – to stand in line for something

e.g. You usually have to queue really long at Disneyland.

toddler – a young child. Usually about four years or older.

e.g. Tracy has a little toddler at home.

Teenager – a child that’s in his or her teens. Usually 12-18 years old.

e.g. Teenagers don’t listen to their parents.

baby – a really young child, 0-2 years old.

e.g. Babies are really cute.

accompany – to go with someone

e.g. Tracy accompanied her friend to Disneyland.

I have no enough time to the club. I buy a elliptical put in home. It’s convenient. When I initial learning the English in middle school. We firstly learned how to pronounce this vowel. I don’t how to use it. I want to improve my English before long years ago. But many reasons I didn’t improve.

Firstly, we learned how to pronounce this vowel. I don’t know how to use. Many years ago, I wanted to improve my English. But I didn’t improve for many reasons.

I will communicate with many people. Sometimes they are foreign client. There are American, English and Indian client. But I don’t like communicate with India. I can’t understand their pronunciation. Today, we received the training for the professional skills. The trainer come from America. He use English language to train us. I can understand most of the content. He said it very slowly. Maybe he know we are not very good at English. First, I shy and secondly I am not confident.
