So as you breath in, feel the breath enter your pelvis, and focus your attention there. As you breath out, feel the 4 corners of your pelvis anchor down to the floor. Feel the heaviness of your hips through your next breaths, maintaining your posture. Now, breath in and feel your chest fill with air, from the front, back, and both sides, inflating it equally.

As you inhale and exhale slowly and calmly, keep the length equal for each.
