How to lose weight and build muscle

(1) first if you want get more heather and get a Beautiful figure you should be keep exercise and plan your meals ,every week you need speed more time go to gym do some cardio and do some power train, On average three times a week .
(2) Then we have need attention our meals eat some carbs and protein ,so what’s a carbs ?such as ( vegetables. Fruits. cereals and nut ) protein like (seafood .eggs . Milk .meat and some soybean protein ).
(3) Notice we can’t eat more high calorie’s food and don’t give up exercise .
(4) If you want have beautiful muscle you need eat include protein food this important things it let our muscle group ,carbs is also important .
(5) sometimes you feel boring but has a sentence said (no pain no gain)so whatever you do everything don’t give up ,you will close to the success .
When I was 20 years old I had a classmate he’s very skinny not confident, girl don’t like he’s styled but after he every day keep exercise and ate more one day he need ate 6 times very incredible . Few months later we can saw He looked every day is different and few months later again he looks like handsome he changed he’s hair and more muscle than before ,we proud of him .
The short story told me do everything should be hold on。

(1) First if you want to be healthier and get a beautiful figure you should keep exercising and planning your meals every week. You need to spend more time going to the gym to do some cardio and do some power training on average three times a week.
(2) Then we need to pay attention to our meals, eat some carbs and protein. So what’s a carb? Carbs are vegetables, fruits, cereals and nuts. So what’s a protein? Proteins are  seafood, eggs, milk, meat, and some soybean protein.
(3) Be careful/Pay attention, we shouldn’t eat high caloric ( kuh – lor – ic )  food and give up exercising. / Be careful, we shouldn’t eat food with high calories and give up exercising.
(4) If you want to have beautiful muscles you need to eat more protein. This is important because protein makes our muscles grow, carbs are also important.
