Practice (v): 1- to do something again and again in order to become better at it.

Flexible (adj): 1- capable of bending easily without breaking.
E.g.: Suzy is more flexible than Raph.

Pocket (n): 1- a small bag sewn into or on clothing so as to form part of it, used for carrying small articles
E.g.: I was looking for my keys all over the house, but they were in my pocket.

Decade (n): 1- a period of ten years. 2- 年代
E.g.: It’s been over a decade since saw Titanic for the last time.
