The mid autumn festival is the upcoming holiday. Normally family reunion at that day at mid autumn festival. We cook together and sit down and chat with each other and the moon cake represent this festival. It’s made by flour and red bean. There are several kinds of moon cake, one is red bean flavor, another is red bean with egg yolk and with some nuts. These three are the most traditional and typical moon cake flavor. And I think the reason why….
What we cooking is just some family foods. You can give the moon cake to anybody, relatives, friends

The next upcoming holiday is Mid Autumn Festival. Normally families reunite on Mid Autumn Festival Day. We cook and chat together and eat moon cakes. Moon cakes represent this festival. They are made with/from flour and red bean paste. Besides red bean, there are several kinds of moon cakes, such as red bean with duck egg yolk and with some nuts.
