I’ve been living in Shanghai since the beginning of this year. I lived for two years in Hong Kong before. The reason why we live here is that my husband started working for an Spanish fashion company that is expanding its business in Asia.
We are planning to stay in Shanghai for two years more so I’m looking for a job. I worked in banking for more than ten years in Spain but I’ve been always training in fashion so I am trying to get a job in this sector. My biggest weaknesses is that I don’t have experience in this field and also that I don’t speak mandarin, so I am at a disadvantage compared with other professionals.
