Vocabulary

District(n): 1- an area established by a government for official government business.
E.g.: I live and work in Jing’An District.

Region (n): 1- a part of a country, of the world, etc., that is different or separate from other parts in some way
E.g.: Harbin is a city in the Northeastern region of China.

Administer (n): 1- to manage the operation of (something, such as a company or government) or the use of (something, such as property).
E.g.: She’s been hired to administer the company.

Suggest (n): 1- to mention (something) as a possible thing to be done, used, thought about, etc.. 2-  to say that (someone or something) is good or deserves to be chosen. 3- to show that (something) is likely or true : to indicate (something) usually without showing it in a direct or certain way
E.g.: They suggested a restaurant we might want to try.

Propose (n): 1- put forward (a plan or suggestion) for consideration by others. 2- make an offer of marriage to someone.
E.g.: The scientists proposed a new theory.

Formal (n): 1- being in accordance with the usual requirements, customs, etc.; conventional: 2- done in accordance with convention or etiquette; suitable for or constituting an official or important occasion.

Informal (n): 1- having a relaxed, friendly, or unofficial style, manner, or nature.

Yesterday a great of proportion of website were occupated by an athletic named Lin Dan. He is revivaled to have a marriage problem, because he appointed with a beauty in a hotel. Unfortunately his bad manner was taken by reporter and obviously many people suspicious about his pledge about marriage. Constitution doesn’t charge it but he will be scolded in a long time.

Unfortunately his infidelity was photographed by a reporter and obviously many people were suspicious that he wasn’t being faithful to his wedding vows. Although what he did isn’t a crime, he will be scolded for a long time.
