Vocabulary

Virtual – something online and not actually in the same place. (e.g. Today I had a virtual call with my boss because he is currently on a business trip.)

Vision – to see something not with your eyes but with you mind in another country or the future. (e.g. Deng Xiao Ping was a great visionary, he had many visions about what China would look like in the future.)

Cramp – when your muscles constricts and hurts (e.g. I was swimming when my leg cramped.)

Recently, I have been given more and more projects. However, the worst thing is that each of these projects comes from a different manager.

Am I a workaholic? In my opinion, the best state is that stop multi-tasking. Coz it merely kills your focus. Work more when you’re in the zone, relax when you’re not. That is perfect. More work hours doesn’t mean more productivity. In fect, managers seems that only focus on how many work you have done rather than how well you have.
