locksmith – sb who can make keys and can open locked doors

packed adj. = full of sth

eg. The flight was packed.

awkward adj. – uncomfortable/strange

eg. The shy girl felt awkward at the party.

employee turnover rate – the rate at which employees are fired and new employees are hired
