who = direct / indirect description of a person
eg. I have a student who is named Heidi
eg2. I have a student who I like.

the best way to do sth is to do sth

one / not important which one = “a”
a specific one / there’s only one / obvious = “the”
all = add “s”
more than one = how many? some / few / a lot
ownership? = my / hers / his / theirs
