To be honest,I know job-hopping is kind of a problem for me currently, but I really need a better platform for growth(I mean a better company ). Actually I donot care much about how much salary I will get in next job, as long as the company can let me have training program and the opportunities for growth, I am willing to stay in this position as long as possible , work hard and make profit to your company. When I am looking for a job, the most important factor are company culture and environment, not salary.

I think nowadays tourism industry is faced with good opportunities for development. Although my previous work is(a?)project assistant, I am mainly responsible for the hotel and office renovation project, but my experience of dealing with the contracts and payment is very similar to this job. My company’s primary business are not only the hotels and the cruise lines, but also the real estates project, such as resorts in Chongli(a place).

Sherry—watch your spacing and punctuation. Will make it easy for your reader to understand it clearly. Also keep in mind your tense, you said “previous” which means you need to use “was”.
** I’m not certain what you mean in the second one about what job your previous job was similar to.
Good work, your next class lets look at these again together and upgrade them even more!
