Regarding to the exhibitor checklist, could you please go through the exhibitor checklist with me ?

1. Payment: PR has approved and now I’m waiting for the PO release. I will follow up as soon as I hear back from Vicki.
2. Do you have any special booth requirements?
3. I have sent the document to Shirley for approval.
4. It requires your personal information, so please register by yourselves. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Both registered ???
5. As I know, our booth is a shell scheme booth with a back and 2 side walls (2.5m). I don’t think we need to fill out this form. Let me know if you have another idea.
6. I have attached the Agility related documents. We have not applied for this additional budget, I wonder if we need their service for CSE and TEG6S transportation? TEG6S is small, but how would you deliver the CSE?
7. The delivery label is attached in case you need to deliver something.
8. Is there anything specific we should know?

Hi, Chamila,

Thank you very much for your feedback. Here’s my follow-up:
1. All the supporting documents have been submitted to our SPCAP. The payment will be made within next week.
2. A display table and 2 chairs are included in our sponsorship package. So we will have them without additional cost. Please be reminded what we are entitled to get:
a 3m x 3m exhibition booth.
• Back and side walls (2.5m high).
• One standard power point.
• Two spotlights.
• Company name on fascia board.
A Display table.
• Two chairs.
• Company listing in the ASM website (subject to time
of booking).
• Two exhibitor registrations (including lunch,
refreshments and HCI Reception).
A Delegate list (subject to privacy laws).
In terms of the power supply, I will confirm with the organizer and get back to you soon.
3. We are still waiting for the approval.
