As we all known, Chinese New Year means a long holidays for all of out Chinese people. Many people will go back to their home and spend times with their family.

I was born and grown in Shanghai, so that I don’t need to spend a lot of time on transportation to go home, which is always a big national problem for the ones work in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou but need to leave for their hometown. I think it means a tradition for reunion and our Chinese people no wonder follow it.

Therefore, I will also spend times with my parents. And we will stay in Shanghai and won’t go for a trip, which might be caused by the high transportation cost during the Chinese new year holidays.

So, from where I stand, the most important thing is to well prepare the CNY holidays. I will go shopping on-line to purchase foods, such as dumpling, candies, fruits and even semi-cooked dishes. Actually, during that period, we will continue a circle between eating and sleeping.

My close friend will bring her parents to Australia this CNY. And maybe I will take this option into consideration for my next year plan.
