How to drive the work as senior?
_ As a senior, the significant work will be changed from the detailed styles to the whole view of brand. So I will be a driver for P11 quality .I must work closely with senior merchandiser and senior QC to give buyer’s workable suggestion and to guide the suppliers to understand our brand correctly and improve their making ability to reach our request. Moreover, I should work as a helicopter to give good support for team member’s daily work. Make sure all of them have the skills on controlling garment quality.

What’s the value for P11 if you are on the senior position?
If I was the senior technician, I think I have two specialized characters to bring value for P11.
1) The first key word is INITIATIVE. I always like to think issues and find solutions from my initiative. I’d like to communicate with merchandiser and QC for better production from my initiative. I’d like to support the supplier to improve their skills to reach our requirement from my initiative. I’d like to care my team members to give them good support for their daily work. Due to my initiative, I believe I could create smooth and effective working flow.
2) The second key word is Persistent. I like to make high qualified garment. So I always insist on better quality. And I am proud to get the wonderful garment on making. I hope my spirit could affect my team members. That will bring consistently high quality for our brand.

How to tread the staff who don’t accept more workload?
Analyze the concert status. If the workload is really over staff’s capacity, I will lead the team members to work together or apply other team’s support. At the same time think the reason for over workload, and try to improve the working methods to reduce workload but improve the effective. If it is not due to over workload, I’d like to guide him or her to manage time, and support him or her to work in more effective routine.

First analyze the situation, If the workload is really over the staff member’s capacity, I will lead the team members to work together or apply another team’s support. While also determining the reason for the extra workload, and try to improve the working methods to reduce this in the future and improve effectiveness. If it is not because of the workload, I’d like to guide him or her to manage their time, and support him or her to work in a more effective routine.
