I’m working in the retail industry as a training leader in China.
That is the place I use English the most / I mostly use English at work

That is the place where you can find my poor English. / where you can realize that my English is poor. / Talking about my personal life is my English weak point.
I have a lovely daughter who is 13. I visit her twice a month and I try my best to spend a month with her in summertime.
And the other festivals.

Many parents would tell their kids what to do but for me she can do whatever she wants I just keep her safe (from the dangerous things.) / I just ensure her safety.

I like a lot of ideas from the West (n)  / western countries and it helps me to learn the language.
We were struggling with writing an email to all the managers. I wanted to politely ask them to reply to my email.
I still haven’t got a reply from 3 people.

I googled it and found some nice sentences.
I feel I rely on the translation app and I am really not feel confident about my writing. / I lack confidence about my writing
When you are talking, people can get the idea of what you want to say / people can understand what you mean.

Also I want to make the presentation more engaging.

I also do interview HK people.  / I recruit and interview people from HK
If I am the interviewer  I can’t speak English fluently  / When I interview people I don’t speak smoothly

They did this part well. / this part was good
in the meetings I barely speak because I am worried about saying something wrong. / I am worried I might say something wrong
I really get scared when they say sorry…
meetings are mostly about training if we have new products or applications.
