Effective (adj): 1- successful or achieving the results that you want.
E.g.: She’s a very effective teacher.
Efficient (adj): 1- working or operating quickly and effectively in an organized way.

Value for Money (n): 1- a consumer can attest to value for money when they feel that they have received an item that was worth the price that they paid for it.

Rewarding (adj): 1- giving a reward, especially by making you feel satisfied that you have done something important or useful, or done something well.
E.g.: Is this a rewarding job?
Tacky (adj): 1- of cheap quality or in bad style.
E.g.: The shop sold tacky souvenirs and ornaments.
Rational (adj): 1- based on clear thought and reason.
E.g.: There must be some rational explanation for what happened.
