His educated is not good so, my company’s leader were not signed his application. – His education is not high so, the general manager did not sign his application.

You have an education, therefore you are educated.

He does not have a high education. / He has a low education.

He is not educated.

company leader = supervisor, manager, general manager, boss, owner

ex: Jesse and Judy are the bosses and owners of Smart English.

ex: Gloria and Cassie are supervisors because they supervise the school when Jesse and Judy are not there.

investor – someone who gives money to something

ex: Judy’s parents are investors of Smart English.

ex: Sherry invests money in her company, therefore she is an investor.

application –  I sent a job application to a company.

approve – agree

ex: We approved Sherry’s application.

I don’t know how to call him to tell him about these things. –  I don’t know what to tell him when I call him and tell him the good/bad news.
