Vocabulary

Primary/Kindergarten – the first year of school

Bear hug – a very big hug like a bear

Deer –  animal like a small horse

Theme park – a big park with lots of rides and fun things to do (Disney)

Beaver – small brown animal (national animal of Canada)  

Dam – 瀑布
eg. The beaver likes to build dams and living inside them.

Igloo – a house made of ice  

Brain – what we use to thing in our head 脑

Cafeteria – place we eat at work or school 餐厅 (at home is a dining room)

洗澡  Shower  – Washing our self (body)
eg. A shower is when you clean yourself standing up
eg. Bath is when we are sitting/laying down and clean ourselves

nickname – a name that is a short version of your name or people like to call you
eg. The nickname for Alexander –> Alex
eg. Jacob –> Jake –> Jay
