I.V. – Intravenous

eg: He had 6  I.V.s

symptoms – signs(tell you) or things that you can see or test for, to know if someone is sick or has a disease

eg: A runny nose is a symptom of the flu. But, it doesn’t always mean you have the flu.

appetite – how much food you want to eat.

eg: He has a big appetite, he can eat a lot.

eg: I lost my appetite, when I got sick.

eg: He has no appetite now. He won’t eat.

In Chinese new year, when migrant workers go back to the hometown, they will take many many new year gift to the relatives.
These days I am thinking about what gifts will be grateful among my relatives.
Buy some toys for my nephews? But my nephews are being schoolchild and has lots of press on study, I think they needs books more.
Buy some barbie dolls for my nieces? But they seems have no interesting on dolls, they seems like fashion things, I guess it’s a secret among girls.
Buy some local food for my elder or smoking, wine? I think they doesn’t need these unhealthy food.
Last year, I bought washing foot machines for my elder and parents. A few months ago, but when I go back to my home, I see the machine under the desk and look useless for a long time.
So I think there leave only one gift. This is red packet.
