simple mistakeS

The small shops are cheaper than licensed shops.

guarantee (N.) – to be sure everything will work and be as agreed on/ a kind of promise

eg: There is no guarantee that the quality will be good at the small shops.

upkeep – can include anything to keep the car/thing good, or in working condition.

eg: We don’t need any maintenance yet, just some upkeep to make sure it’s clean.

amenity – something to make things easier, or more comfortable

eg: The hotel has so many amenities, a pool, a gym, a basketball court, meeting rooms.
